DIALPAD INTEGRATION 2023
Challenge:
Enhance the company website with Dialpad integration. This will allow us to offer a better service to patients.
The goal:
Design the interfaces to include Dialpad on the company website, working at the same time with programmers.
My role:
As a UI/UX designer, I had to investigate how to include Dialpad while maintaining the same standards that the company currently has. Taking into account the call center area, who are the ones who make the appointments of the patients.
